Always felt that the layout of your living room has never worked for you? Did you move your furniture from a previous home and now it just doesn't work for the new space? Do you feel your home would benefit from spatial planning to help maximise the space you have available? Well then this package is for you! Every space has its own personality, and with a suitable design scheme and the right Spatial Planning, you can really make it shine. This package includes a 1 hour initial consultation in your home (or via video chat) to discuss your vision and requirements for the space. We also take this opportunity to take measurements and photographs of the room. Following on from that we will produce a concept board presenting you with ideas for the space including colour scheme options, furniture suggestions aswell as a selection of possible soft furnishings and accessories. These ideas can be discussed in a second consultation to help us to narrow down the options so the room will be exactly what you expected and to ensure that we share the same vision for the space. We then move on to create the final design board showing the recommended options accompanied by a comprehensive product list showing where to purchase the items selected along with a sample board displaying upholstery, flooring and paint samples. A scale floor plan will also be prepared to demonstrate how the products recommended can be arranged to best suit the space available. From this point you can either decide to proceed with the project yourselves or to save you time and energy we can undertake the management of the project on your behalf.
